At EventsWrapper.com, every item is created with care and attention to detail. Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we want to ensure our policies are clear and fair for everyone.
All personalized and custom-designed items (such as candy bar wrappers, water bottle labels, Hershey’s Kisses stickers, and other printed designs) are made specifically for you.
For that reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been approved or printed.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us right away — we’ll do everything possible to make it right.
We will gladly fix or replace an item if:
- There is a printing error on our part (wrong design, spelling error not approved by you, wrong quantity, etc.)
- The product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping
- You received the incorrect order

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products once printed
- Digital downloads or design proofs
- Used or partially used party supplies
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
If your refund is approved:
In some cases, you may be offered a reprint or store credit instead of a refund, depending on your situation
It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the items.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when possible, offer a replacement.
Party Rental Returns
For all party rental items, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 7 days before the event date to receive a refund (minus a 20% service fee).
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
All rental items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
